- An operating system layered on the telecommunications network to make the network the computer.
- Contextual databases that store information in context integrated into work-flow. The contextual databases will run on the operating system and support the killer applications that will provide knowledge for real time decision making to any device anywhere anytime.
- Alignment of information search with business intelligence and information relationships to enable the management and presentation of knowledge.
- A set of killer applications standardised at the marketplace level.
