IMS Corp Trust is all about doing good by "fixing the plumbing".
More good can be done for people through: providing infrastructure,
resolution of governance and management issues and skilling of people
to enable them to become empowered to better their lives. |
| Empowered Life is about empowering
peopel to lead rewarding and fulfilling lives by having the right
life skills they need. IMS Corp through the IMS Trust helps people
better themselves through Empowered Life. |
| The biggest challenge facing Not for
Profits (NFP) is not access to funds but is the relationship between
Boards and Executive Leadership of NFP because this sets the culture
of the organisation. As part of the fixing of the plumbing, IMS Corp
through the IMS Trust provides a framework for resolution of this
issue. |
| Bottling Common Sense and Using the
Profit to do Good |
| This sounds a little simple but it
summarises the thrust of the IMS Trust. We want to "bottle common
sense", sell it and use money to better lives. Build infrastructure,
resolution of governance and management issues, and teach life skills
(How to problem solve, how to make and handle money, how to present,
how to manage people etc.) We know and are doing the latter, we just haven't figured out how to do the
